Road tripping

Left town just before Truckee received 2’of fresh snow.
Timing is everything……
Spent a few days on the Trinity River, ideal conditions, no steelhead…
Either they are way late, or I am. Still hearing about a few large fish being caught.
Locally had 2″ of snow, and I’m hoping a flush of melt will trigger a few more fish to come into the system.
Will wander for a couple more days, on the Trinity, then head north….
Not a bunch of internet connections up here, so I may be quiet for a while.
