The other fishing season….

Winter started well…..
Just enough snow to get our juices flowing.
Now it’s bare ground and T-shirt fishing.
I hope that doesn’t continue, much as I enjoy the warmth.
We need the snow pack, or more accurately, the Trout do..
The amazing part, is even though it’s been fair weather, hardly anyone is fishing.
Not that I’m complaining. Leaves lots of elbow room.
A few months ago, I had folks wading into a pool I was fishing.
One guy walked a half mile to post up directly across from some clients and myself.
No-one else around…..for a half mile in either direction.
You have to wonder.
Most of the Summer we all play the game, jockeying for fish-able water.
No trouble finding a spot right now.
So, just letting you know, it’s a good time to fish.
For variety of reasons….
