Taking a break….

I have discontinued guiding operations for the time being….
The water is very warm from flows out of lake Tahoe….
Normally, the creeks and streams would have a moderating effect, but not this year.
63-64 deg. at dawn and when sunny, rapidly rising into near lethal temps for fish, 69-70 by PM..
As long as it’s cloudy rainy it is OK to fish.
Just use your thermometer regularly, and be kind to them!
Very nice up here day and night, beautiful time of year, lots of critters around.
Come up and take a hike!
Or, fish a lake……..
