Summer season

Thought I would share the joy….My buddy Andy scored his Brown on a sz 18 Baetis dry.

Practice does make perfect………IMG_1322

We have clouds today! Always nice to get a break from the sun………The fish do not like it much…… I feel sorry for the folks that prowling about at high noon.

Not exactly working with the fish………

The flows are nice in volume, but not in temp…….67-68 degrees at dusk. About time for a Hoot Owl closure in the afternoon.

But with clouds, we can fish straight through to dark. Hope you are out today……

Bugs are happening!  We have a variety to choose from, so go ask a fish what they like…..  PMDs, Infrequines are starting….Baetis at times. Caddis are raging in the evenings…..Hoppers are on the menu on breezy afternoons…..beetles and Ants are also being served.
