Fall!!!!!

Ok, so it’s cooling off nicely……
Fish are looking up…….
Been getting a surgical drifts, and getting enthusiastic feedback.
Did 3 drifts for a 19″ Brown….
I love Fall…..
Hoppers are the special right now…..match them closely to the ones on the bank for best results…
The fish are highly suspicious after 6 months of pestering…..
Midges are many……and a good choice.
Baetis and some Infrequines too….A few Glossisoma Caddis as well.
October Caddis are on deck…….might already be a few out in the evenings….
When fishing high noon, use mud on your leader…the fish are shopping hard, give them your best sales pitch!
Crays are also on the menu.
The critters are grouping up…..won’t be long now.
If you were smart and avoided summer fishing, it’s time to lock and load!!!!!!
